This is an older picture of me. I just started to be a PinUp Model at that time and we made this picture with a usual digital camera. Not a DSLR we use it now :-) But this is still one of my favourite picture so far. probably of the cat I guess ^^ Tell me what do you think about this picture :-* love you all

Me Presenting: How to make a “healthy” Greek Salad!

Make your own healthy Greek Salad for your Special Sommer :-) Try this delicious Salad at home and please write a comment down below what do you think of it :-)

Ingredients for 1 Person:

1 small red Onion
1/2 Cucumber
1 Tomato
1 Sweet Pepper (choose your favourite color)
100 grams of olives
100 grams or less of Feta Cheese
1 Espresso Cup of olive Oil
1 Spoon of Oregano

Instructions:

Cut everything into bite-sized pieces and mix everything :-)

How easy :-)

This is my usual food shopping. But this is just the beginning. There is also coming a lot protein stuff like fish, eggs and much more. :-) Well, I just love to eat. But eating the healthy stuff makes more fun :-)

This Railway is right where I live. This is one historical Place and there is no Train coming right now ^^ The Train rolls from May till September.

But it was horrible to stand on those heels with the stones everywhere xD

How to loose weight with the right diet and nutrition!

Rules to loose weight/fat: These are my techniques how I lost weight in relation to the nutrition.

Get a Goal that is motivating you.

Rule No 1

Burn more calories than you eat in one day. be in a deficit of calories.

- Write everything down what you eat at what time. And make you food plan for the next day.

Rule No. 2

Eat the right Nutrition to the right time.

- Don’t eat after 6pm. And don’t eat before 12am the next day.

- Don’t eat too much carbs. Try to eat carbs through fruits and veggies. If you eat carbs, make sure you’re eating long-chain carbs. If you are eating too much carbs you’ll get your insulin level to high and that’s getting your fat back.

- Eat more protein, healthy fat (for example omega 3 fat) and fiber-rich food

- Eat high energy food if your body and muscles need the energy

Rule No. 3

-The Day of Nutrition Sin or Cheating Day :-), one day every Week allows you to eat normaly. (mine is sunday)  that day is important for your Body, because your body is not thinking there is a food scarcity going on and works normaly. If you are NOT making a day like this, your body will turn everything you eat into fat. Your Bady does that to protect you, that you’ll survive.

- But Eat normaly at that day. Don’t think you can put everything in your Body what you like. :-) Make still your foodplan for your Cheating day ;-) For Exampel: I sometimes eat Sweet and Sour Chicken on my Cheating day.

Eating Bugs ;-)

OMG!!! A Model is eating bugs?! But you know what? They taste like BBQ Chips  with some more extra legs, eyes and wings ^^ Seriously, they are better then they look like.. trust me I know.. What is the ugliest thing you did ever eat in your life?

Taking a bath :-)

Bath

One of the greatest thing is taking a bath after a hard working day or on a cold winter day :-) I love water and this photoshoot was amazing. Smiling in hot water. How awesome is that. Well I guess that’s why this picture is one of the best one :-) Big Hug to you :-*

My little Making of.. Video :-)

As you already know, we are working on my YouTube Channel GinaCarlaTV and what we did so far is very nice and I really like all of my Videos. But I’m still working on my talking in front of a camera and that is not that easy for me like I thought it would be. My favoutite vacation destination is everywhere where I have a beautiful beach, warm and sunny weather and a clear blue ocean :-) This picture has been taken in Thailand. I really enjoyed this Country because the people are friendly and it is always warm :-) I also bought my Bikini I’m wearing in Thailand ^^
